# Inquiry Winback

The **original** inquiry winback and cart abandonment workflows!

To get started with these, just head to the **workflows page** and click on the first card that says **inquiry abandonment**

This sequence will send four messages over a 10 day period to try and get guests who have *inquired* but not yet *booked* to go ahead and hit that pay button.

The workflow will run until it has been **cancelled**, until the guest has **booked**, or until the inquiry has been **cancelled**.
